And obviously I hate what writers like those who write in bahrain mirror, cuz even though most of them are liberals and really “democratic” and so on they only write in favour of the opposition without pointing out to what needs to be fixed on their side and poke fun of the loyalists’ obvious stupidities and the government’s crimes. It’s stupid and absurd to write in such matters that dont change anything and only tell people what they like to hear instead of telling them what needs to be told. One example is one of Adel Marzooq’s articles which was titled: “Mr.Bassyouni: Bahrainis are drunk on freedom” هذا الشعب مخمور بالحرية and I was really pissed off. What the fuck????? Are you sure we’re talking about the same people? Yes, All the opposition wants elections and a democratic elected regime and so on but that’s not synonymous with freedom, our society is full of all kinds of slaveries.. Families controlling their daughters.. People following their fucking stupid sheiks in everything including elections because they think they would otherwise go to hell and I couls write a whole book about the apolitical slaveries that people live in.. Fools would laugh hahaha oh no no they’re issues that we could deal and so on and so forth but no that’s fucking wrong. People need to be set straight and I’m not talking about small or minor seperated incidents here but it’s a phenomenon that says something about the people and this phenomenon will be undoubtedly extended to the political when there’s a chance. Also, such articles give shia the false delusion of their cultural superiority while they’re enslaved and fucked-up as much as sunna are. No, they just happened to be on the weaker side, if alkhalifa were shia and sunna have revolted I think the roles would Be the other way around. That being said however, now that we have said that political struggle is the continuous process of disenchantment and disillusionment shia have cettainly gained an experiencial cultural/intellectual advantage to sunna which could now help them sympathize with opressed people with less ideological obstacles, so to speak.
